After coming back from Camden, I wanted to finish off the night by spending some time at a local pub. The Lamb is a small pub a block away from the Russell Square Station in Bloomsbury. Small, welcoming, and comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy, heightened by the brisk night. When we first got there, it was crowded enough that we had to sit at the counter seats by the window. Within half an hour however, a table cleared and we sat down, relaxed and chatted, accompanied by some delicious cider. I enjoyed the social aspect of drinking much more than I thought I would. I had never been a big fan of alcohol, and it wasn't until a few months ago that I started drinking with my friends. I very much like the fact that I can purchase as much wine as I want in London, since I am legal.
Hopefully I don't drink too much the rest of this trip!
